How can I change the "creator" of an appointment. This is important when it
comes to permissions. For example, if an item was created by the owner, and
the owner wants to give a Publishing Author rights to modify the item, how
does this happen? If the Publishing Author were to be given the ownership of
the item, they could then modify it.
