Outlook 2003 Calendar reminder for incoming accepted appointments

InI am attempting to set all incoming appointments with a reminder 24 hours
before the start of the meeting in my Outlook 2003 calendar. Right now, all
incoming appointments have a reminder that is set by the meeting organizer.
Is there a way to have my preference of a 24 hour reminder override the
meeting organizer's reminder setting automatically for my personal calendar
without having to manually change the reminder time in each appointment I
accept?
