Outlook 2003 Calendar showing busy

We have a user's calendar that shows busy all day on some days when there
are no appointments showing for a particular time frame. When other users go
to schedule an appointment with this user it shows as busy for the whole or
most of the day when the user really doesn't have appointments all or part
of the day. Is there a way to clear that busy indicator out for that time
frame? Thank you

The busy option stays on through December of this year. The weekends don't
have any busy time showing and just a few other time slots don't have it
showing busy. I increased her published free/busy option to 12 months and
that seemed to help because her secretary didn't see any problems in January
of next year. I'm not sure if she has a private appoinments. I don't know
how to tell if her free-busy data is refreshing. Thanks.
