Outlook 2003 calendar won't open

We have one user who can no longer open her calendar in 2003 Outlook. She
just gets a page saying it is unavailable - like an unavailable web page.
She is working online. I tried repair then uninstalled and reinstalled
Office but still no calendar.

How can I get that back? What file should I be looking for, if any?

Is she using an Excahneg server?

We are using Exchange server. I can get to her calendar by going through the
internet and http:\\serverIP\exchange\user logon but can't get there on a
different computer either. I just tested that part.

Did you try starting with a a new mail profile?

Ok - I made a new mail profile to start with and that still didn't do the
trick. When I go to the calendar it gives me a page that says "No page to
display" at the top of the screen then "i Action Cancelled" then below than
it says Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page your requested -
The page might be temporarily unavailable.

It is set to use Cached mode and work online

I think the light is going on.

Since the new mail profile didn't work, if you have your old mail profile,
you can go back to using it.

Right-click the Calendar folder and choose Properties. Click the Home Page
tab. If the box labeled "Show home page by default for this folder" is
checked, uncheck it.

You are truly a genius! That worked. Now her calendar is back. I have to
assume she probably set that herself as I'm sure no one else would have.
Thank you so much!
