Outlook 2003 can not open nor save txt attachments on my coworkers
computer. The error messages says that the text file can be created
when trying save or open the attachment and to check folder
permissions. On her computer I can create and save txt files with
notepad in the same location I was trying to save the files. In
addition I can open the forwarded email's txt attachment just fine.
She can open pdf, doc, etc... in Outlook 2003, only txt files
extensions seem to be cause of the issue. I have checked and notepad
is to open the files.
I already looked at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829982
I did not see anything there that would indicate why only txt files
are not working.
Any ideas?
