outlook 2003: Cannot drag email to task button after SP1

After installing SP1. I get the a "Can't copy item"
message whenever I attempt to drag an email to the
Navigation Pane Task button. This did not happen prior
to installing SP1 on outlook 2003.

Any ideas?
