Outlook 2003, Cannot Import or Export E-mail Addresses

If I create a .CSV file, with E-mail addresses when I import them no E-mail
addresses are present. I have also tried to export a contact file with
addresses and again no E-mail addresses appear. This is a new issue, I have
done this plenty of times in the past. This just started happening. - I did
intall the new .PST file backup utility. Any ideas, suggestions.
