Outlook 2003 - Cant drag and drop any item from/to any folder

Hi All..

I have just started to run out our Office 2003. On all but one
computer, everything is runnning fine. The one computer that isnt,
within OUTLOOK 2003, you cannot left-click a mail item and drag it to
another folder. This can be done as per usual/earlier versions on all
the PC's except this one.

This PC has never had any Beta versions on it, and the previous office
version was Xp like the others. It has all the latest Service Packs.
The OS is XP SP1a.

Any Ideas?
