Outlook 2003 Can't Find "News" Command to place under GO category

MS Outlook 2003 help says that I should customize the GO category to include
"News" by selecting the "News" command in the GO category. However, when I
select the GO category, no "News" command is included in the list.

Advise or help. Thanks in advance.

Ensure that you have Outlook Express selected as the default news reader.
Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab. The next time you open
Outlook Express and it asks to be the default news reader, uncheck the box
and click on yes.

Ensure that you have Outlook Express selected as the default news
reader. Control Panel->Internet Options->Programs tab. The next time
you open Outlook Express and it asks to be the default news reader,
uncheck the box and click on yes.

Russ Valentine always says "uncheck the box and click on No".

Doesn't matter. Both work. Clicking No just ensures that you won't get
nagged with that same question to make OE the default each time you launch
it. Sooner or later, you'll forget and then recheck the box to make it the
default, then you'll hose your News command again.
Bottom line: OE must be selected as the default in Control Panel but NOT in
the program itself--another example of Microsoft's impeccable logic.
