I have a client who has multiple calendars on their machine. They go in,
remove a few unused calendars from "my calendars", use the "move up/down"
until they get everything layed out the way they like. Unfortunately for
some reason on this particular machine those changes will not stick. If they
close Outlook and open it again everything is back to defaults and they have
to start all over again.
Any suggestions about what could be causing this issue, more importantly
suggestions on how to fix/work around? It's only occuring on one of their
machines but it is driving them crazy. At this point they don't really care
if it's something they can tweak themselves, or some registry entry they need
to have me come down and hack... they just want to get the layout set up the
way they need it, and have it stay that way
