Outlook 2003 -- Change font of folders in "Folder View"

Does anyone know how to change the fonts for the folders listed on the main
Outlook view under "Folder List" (i.e, the calendar, the contacts, the inbox
.. . . everything).

I've read elsewhere that it is controlled by a Windows appearance setting,
but I have changed them all with no luck. If this is the case, please
specify exactly which one to change.
