Outlook 2003 changes appt times

Outlook randomly changes my calendar appointment times by
one hour. It also changes holidays that it generates by
one hour. e.g. it changed Labor day from 12:00 to 12:00
to 11:00pm the day before to 11:00pm on labor day. It
also changes by one hour when it downloads to my pocketPC.

You have a Calendar timezone mismatch with your PC's timezone
