In Outlook 2003, connected to an Exchange server, create a new mail message.
Click on the To.. field and select and individual from the Global Address
list. Click on Propeties to view more information about the user. The Home
address and Phone does not display information. When going through Outlook
Web Access, same method
under properties for a user in the Global Address list, the user's home
address and phone is displayed. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thank you in
