Outlook 2003 config

Is there a way to config Outlook 2K3 so that the mail window is below the
mail list, like in earlier Outlook versions?

For each view you want to change: View | Arrange By | Current View |
Customize Current View | Other Settings button -- look at the Reading Pane
section.
