In Outlook 2003, when you create a new contact, how can you select the File
As entry to default to "Last Name, First Name (Company)", rather than "Last
Name, First Name"?
It is a real pain to keep having to go into this to modify the record.
Also is it possible to do an automatic update on all records to this
preferred "File As"format?
