Outlook 2003 Contact Symbol - Index Card with Small Clock in Corner?

Hey Folks,

When I view contacts by category in Outlook 2003 there is a symbol/icon
on the left that shows up as an index card on some contacts and an
index card with a small clock in the lower right corner for other
contacts.

What does the small clock indicate for these contacts?
