Outlook 2003 continues to run in TaskBar

Recently I have the situation that Outlook continues to run as
indicated in the Task Bar; even though I have closed outlook.

What must I do to ensure that Outlook ends when I close the program.

Thanks, solved the problem. I had recently installed Google Calendar.
