Outlook 2003 crashes every time network connection lost

Help!! I had Outlook 2003 running perfectly, but then was
forced to reinstall it after reformatting my machine.
Now, every time I lose my network connection (for
example, moving between two differen wireless networks),
Outlook encounters a fatal error and is forced to
restart. It faults module shlwapi.dll. Any
thoughts/ideas? Thanks,
