Outlook 2003 crashes when an animated smiley is in the message.

I have one user in my center who's Outlook 2003 crashes and closes if there
is an animated smiley or similar animation in the body or signature of a
message. I haven't seen this one before and it only is affecting this one
user....anyone have a suggestion?
