on certain emails that have a read-only word doc as an
attachment, that are in the Inbox, when I go to open them,
outlook completely shuts down. other emails are fine.
tried this as well: right click on the same email and
move to another folder - now I can view it fine.
if I reboot the compter, the same situation happens all
over again.
