Outlook 2003 Crashing on "Right-Click"

I have just installed Office 2003. Did a complete install. Removed Office XP and rebooted priorto installiing 2003
All other apps seem to work
Outlook opens, recieves mail (only have PoP3 accounts, No Exchange servers involved).
I can read mail, delete mail (from the the tool bar "Clicking X to delete the message)
If I right click any where in the message pane or click Helpon the Tool bar Outlook crashes and wants to send a report to Microsoft. Here is the Error signature

I have tried repairing and reinstalling which was suggested int he report that was sent

Any ideas
