I'm experiencing some problems with my Outlook 2003 when I'm adding contacts
to an email in the manner of selecting contacts via selecting the To:, Cc:,
or Bcc:. This occurs only when I'm selecting or changing the contact folder
in the "Show names from the" window. I'm able to add email contacts with the
default contact folder that is showing when I open up the "Select Names"
window. But, the if I even just click on the "Show Names from the" drop down
menu it freezes up and shuts down and restarts. There isn't an error notice
of any kind either. Just a restart of Outlook.
I've tried the "Detect and Repair" option and it says the installation was
successful, however, it doens't fix the problem. I've also, downloaded the
latest updates for Outlook 2003. Is this a common problem?
