outlook 2003 custom form

hi,
i have a custom form that has 2 radio buttons "yes" and "No" and a TextBox.
the "No" button is always selected what i want is when a user selects the
"Yes" button then he/she won't be able to submit the form until fills out
the textbox. anyone knows how?

Are the option buttons both bound to an Outlook Yes/No property and the text
box also bound to an Outlook property? If not, provide a description of how
they are set up.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
