Outlook 2003 - Default Email Accounts

I have both an Exchange Server account and a POP3 account set up in outlook.
The POP3 account was set up as the default account. Recently, logging out of
my computer and then logging in causes the default address to switch back to
the Exchange Server account - I don't want this to happen. I want the default
account to always be the POP 3 account... any suggestion on how to fix this?

My experience with Outlook is that when an Exchange account is in the mix,
Exchange tends to take over as the default. I've seen it, but I don't know
why it happens.
