Outlook 2003 deleted when reset to orginal settings. HELP!!

Leslie in trouble...

Was trying to send V Cards and it wouldn't let me. I thought maybe I had
changed a setting accidentally so I clicked restore to original setting and
my Outllok is gone and my computer is trying to reinstall a new Outlook.
HELP!!!
