Outlook 2003 does not completly sync with exchange 2000 when using

Outlook 2003 does not completly sync with exchange 2000 when using cached
exchange mode. This only occurs with one user. All other installations work
just fine. I can unchecked the cached exchange mode but then the junk email
filter does not work. Is there anyone who can help me with this?
