I don't know what else to say. What can I say? If it were consistent then double-clicking on the Outlook Icon or right-clicking on the Outllook icon and choosing Open Outlook to maximize the application would maximize the application every time. Not every other time or once in a while or inconsistently. Which is the behavior.
Maybe it is because at the time I try to maximize the application it just so happens that is the exact time Outlook 2003 is trying to retrieve messages from the POP3 server? Maybe? I don't know but I do know that Outlook 2003 does NOT maximize when in the system tray consistentlly.
