outlook 2003 DOES not receive external emails

One of our outlook 2003 clients does not receive external emails , connect
to our SBS 2003 server

Computers for this user?

Sounds like an Exchange issue. Does the user see her external emails
if she logs into OWA on your Exchange?

If she still isn't seeing external emails via OWA, then you have an
Exchange issue and need to post this in an Exchange group.
