I have the option for "Hide when minimized" selected.
Outlook is in Maximized mode before I minimize the window.
If I log off before closing Outlook properly, meaning that Outlook is still
open in the notification area when I log off, the next time I log in and open
Outlook it will be in Restore mode and not maximized. All I have to do is
Open Outlook and then exit the program before I log off and it will remember
its last Window settings. It seems like the log off closes Outlook in such a
way that it does not remember the Window setting.
