Outlook 2003 does not send using the default account

I have come across this problem. There are two accoutns
set up, one PRO and one PB. The PRO is set as the default
account. Now though when a reply is sent or a new email
sent, the PB account is used to send the email instead of
the PRO accountwhich is the one defined as default. The
system works fine in previous version of outlook but this
seems to have shown up in Outlook 2003 only.

Any thoughts or ideas please.

Outlook 2003 replies to messages using the account that the message arrived
on. New mail should use your default account; if it doesn't, a simple
troubleshooting step is to try a new profile.

Thanks, thought that may be part of the problem. However
we have noticed that an email from a person not sending on
either a PB or PRO address still has it's reply sent on
the PB account. We would have thought that it should send
on the default account unless the reply was to a person
sending on one of the accounts set up in Outlook.

This problem only occurs in Outlook 2003 as we have just
recently purchased a new machine with Office 2003, where
the other computer used Office 2000.

This problem is more an embarrassment at the moment.
Any other thoughts?
