outlook 2003 doesn't download full message like outlook express

I have a problem of not to get the complete message as it is on the mail
server.
the problem happen when some one reply to a message using the mail server
web interface.
I found that the reply doesn't appear when the message is downloaded to
outlook 2003, while it apears if I download the message through outlook
express 6.

When I open the message over the mail server using the server web interface,
I can see the complete message, but the problem is that I'm not able to get
it complete in my inbox of outlook 2003.

Any idea about the problem?
