Outlook 2003 - E-mail from "(none)"

When I open up Outlook 2003, I get several e-mails from sender name: (none).
The message field is always empty. Is this a sync issue with my hotmail
account?

Two ways to address this: 1) uninstall your antivirus program and reinstall it
without the mail scanning feature. 2) Install Outlook Connector 14.
