Outlook 2003 Email

Email will no longer close when clicking on X. If you go to file & click
exit it will close sometimes, if not you have to continue doing it till it
does close. Any suggestions on fixing it?

See what happens if you run Outlook in its safe mode which does not load any
add-ons that you installed into Outlook.

outlook.exe /safe
