Outlook 2003 - Error 0x8004210A in receiving mail from POP3 server

Why do I get error 0x8004210A? I see fixes for Outlook 2002, but not for
Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?

The fix for Outlook 2002 is incorporated into Outlook 2003. Have you
installed SP-1 for Outlook 2003?
