Outlook 2003 error code

Hello there,
While trying to download a new address book on my XP Pro laptop from
the exchange server I am getting the error: Microsoft Exchange server
reported error:(0x8004010F). The operation failed. An object could not
be found.
I am using Outlook 2003 cached mode but my Oulook is connected[not
offline]. Can you help? Thank you, T
