Hallo,
I have a PC, at the office, running Office 2000 on Windows
XP Professional. However, I use Outlook 2003
(11.5608.5606) for e-mail, calender etc.
After my PC has gone into screen saver mode, when I
reactivate it, I frequently get the error
message "Microsoft Office Wrapper has encountered a
problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." in front of the Outlook screen. I can get
some more info. about the error: "Error Signature
AppName: osa.exe App Ver: 8.0.0.3414 ModName: mso97.dll
ModVer: 8.0.0.4202 Offset: 0004ae11
Anybody had the same experience. How can you fix it?
