Outlook 2003 error

Hi All,

I am getting the following error message whenever I open Outlook 2003

"Microsoft outlook 2003 has encountered a problem and need to
close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

Outlook closes each time I click the Don't Send button

When I click the debug button, I am getting the following error

The intruction at 0x30072993 referenced bla bla bla...

Any idea on how to resolve this problem.
