I truly understand your concern about collecting information before
implement ShoreTel. However, please understand that third party driver is
provided by a manufacturer independent of Microsoft. Therefore, I have no
way to know how the vendor programmed the software. Meanwhile, I don't have
the ShoreTel Utility in my test environment. So I am afraid you may need to
contact the manufacturer directly for more information. I will appreciate
your understanding regarding this.
Personally, I do some search through Internet, and fin the following web
sites about ShoreTel.
