Outlook 2003/Exchange Address Book Search

Does anyone know a way to add the Manager field to the search dialog
box in the Outlook Address Book/GAL in Exchange 2k3? Also how do you
search with a Wild Card, ie *manager* for 'IT Manager'? Thanks!
