Outlook 2003 - Exchange Server

I have a customer using exchange 03, and outlook 03, on several machines it
works fine but on one it can not display his address book, it can show his
contacts but when writing an e-mail it will not show any addresses.

Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is installed and that the folder
is selected
