outlook 2003 fails to display subfolders

For whatever reason, Outlook will not expand my folders when I click the plus
sign to the left of the desired folder's name.

I've only just installed Office 2003, and have configured the various e-mail
accounts. I know that I was able to see subfolders before; now even my
"Personal Folders" Folder fails to expand.

Do you get any error message? Did you try making a new profile?
