I have a user that after closing outlook - outlook fails to restart during
the same logon session. It appears in task manager that the previous instance
of outlook is still running. After manually killing the outlook process, the
user is then able to restart outlook again by selecting the desktop icon.
Has anyone seen anything like this and if so, please offer a solution. Why
is outlook not shutting down properly when the user exits?
