Outlook 2003 file attachments

Help - with all of the security patches I have applied, I
am no longer available to receive file attachments with
certain extensions, such as .exe, .com. I need to be
able to download these for business purposes but don't
see anywhere in Outlook 2003 where I have the option to
allow them to be downloaded.

Any suggestions?
