What idiot came up with "Unfortunately this makes file sharing less
convenient for many people, but security must take precedence."????? (found
in the Outlook help entry for blocked file access)
If I want to accept and run .exe files that is my business and Microsoft has
no business making it impossible for me to turn off that "feature" in
Outlook. I quite understand that there are many idiots who randomly run
files, and that as a failsafe access to those files should be turned off. I
should as a user be able to turn that off if I desire.
If this problem cannot be fixed then I will take my copy of Office 2003 back
for a refund and go back to Lotus where what I wanted to do WORKED!
