Outlook 2003 first run, error

I installed Office 2003 Standard
ran outlook 2003
and when I'm suppose to enter MS Exchange Server
I put "hotmail.com", and my email address for mailbox.

A pop-up window appears and it says,
Configuring Outlook(in title bar)

Configuring Outlook Accounts (bold font)
Creating Welcome messages (freezes here)

I tried reinstalling after uninstalling Office but didn't work.

Is there any register code I have to delete to start setting my Outlook 2003
all over again?
