outlook 2003 freezes up, "not responding", have to End Task

I have no Google or Yahoo Toolbars, I reduced the size of the outlook.pst
files, I ran SmitRem, Adaware, CWShredder, Aluria and Hijack this - but still
freezing up!
I even tried RegistryFix - which found 465 problems - but still no luck.
Is there something I am missing? Do I need to reinstall Outlook?

Any Event errors shown - Administrative Tools - ?
You've run Detect/Repair?
Youve run the repair tool scanpst.exe on the pst?
Disabled any AV plugin?
