Outlook 2003 freezes up on W2K3 Server Terminal Services

Outlook 2003 repeatedly freezes up and requires a forceful restart on Windows 2003 Server on Terminal Services. Five users are on the system and all have the same symptoms. No help seems to be available in the knowledge base and the Event Viewer is littered with 'Application Hang' messages that provide little direction. Any suggestions?
