Outlook 2003 freezes with "right click" menu activation

When I try to add a contact - by right clicking the sender's name/addy in an
email, the whole Outlook Program Freezes.

Also to note: when i go to Task Manager to end the program - there are
always 2 instances of Outlook showing as "Not Responding" - even though I
know only once instance of the program was active - I have verified this as I
can always repeat the "crash".
