I have a user that just recently got the 2007 install and whenever he right
clicks inside of outlook it freezes up his instance of outlook. he is in
folder view trying to right click on an mailbox that was added.
I had the user try to do a detect and repair and also had him turn off the
file indexing. We have also had him remove the mailbox and then add it back
in.
the only other way to perform an right click is to left click on an item and
then hit the keybaord shortcut to access the menu options.
any other suggestions?
