When composing an email - midstream - my system "freezes" - cannot move the
curser, cannot use the Ctrl/Alt/Del keys, nothing - I have to physically
shut-down my laptop and restart.
The other day it did it to me 6 times in a row. I've learned to now save as
I go along so at least I don't have to start from scratch each time.
I've done all the "clean-up" suggestions - removed shortcuts, emptied my
trash, removed all programs not used w/n the last year, etc., to no avail.
Any suggestions?
